The concept of most favored association (MFA) is derived from Most Favoured Nation as a status of level of treatment accorded by one state to another in international trade. The objective of the Scheme is to encourage MFA to co-work and co-organize services and activities with one and another leading to better resource utilization and higher participation rates.
