Chairman’s speech: The 6th anniversary of Lagreach
The 6th anniversary of Lagreach is around the corner. Anniversaries are the opportunities to recollect our year gone memories and to cherish them again. As your Chairman, it is my pleasure to activate, or what should I say, to reactivate our Association.
Thanks to our founding members, they built up Lagreach at the exceptionally high expense of their precious time six years ago. I would also like to thank the core members for their great assistance to the Association. Due to their contribution, we have fun, great time, and good memories.
Time flies. You may feel that the prime of the association have gone. Although we occasionally upload our co-organize activities to the website, the feedback from the members is unsatisfactory. Some members even totally loss contact with the Association for some time.
Here we are now, wondering what next. Now it is an important turning point for us to think of the direction where we should or we are heading for.
In the era of social media, we can make friend or socialize with one and other via the cyber world. Thus, Lagreach should play a role of more than a social platform. In the future, we are inclined to organize activities, projects, and/or events in relation to the China’s Greater Bay Area. And, we are trying to work closely with other associations to achieve sharing economy.
My task is to paint a picture of where the association leads the members to. If you have any suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
